1. Definitions

“Service” refers to SachiCast internet cable streaming including live TV channels, movies, and shows. “Device” refers to any equipment used to access SachiCast. “Subscription Plan” refers to the customer’s selected monthly package and any setup or device fees. “We/Us” refers to SachiCast. “Customer” refers to the subscriber.

2. Service Overview

SachiCast provides access to 7,000+ live channels and 5,000+ movies and shows. Content and availability may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

Subscribers must be 18+ with compatible devices and internet access.

4. Account Registration

Customers must provide accurate information and protect login details. SachiCast is not responsible for unauthorized access.

5. Subscription, Fees & Payments

All fees are non refundable. Monthly payments must be made before renewal. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Devices & Usage

Devices included with plans are non-refundable. Customers using personal devices are responsible for compatibility.

7. Fair Use Policy

Customers may not resell, redistribute, or tamper with the service. VPN or proxy misuse may result in termination.

8. Content Availability

Events, channels, and content may be updated or removed at any time.

9. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for internet issues, compatibility problems, or partial usage. Refunds may apply only if activation fails after payment.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must maintain sufficient internet quality and ensure proper device functioning.

11. Technical Support

Support includes remote assistance for setup, billing, and troubleshooting. On-site support is not guaranteed.

12. Suspension & Termination

SachiCast may suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

13. Limitation of Liability

SachiCast is not liable for outages related to ISP issues, device malfunctions, or service interruptions.

14. Privacy

Customer data may be stored for service and billing purposes. Information will not be sold and is protected under Jamaican law.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

16. Amendments

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

By using SachiCast, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
