• Open the SachiCast app or load the provided link.
• Enter your username and password.

2. Internet Requirements

• Minimum 25 Mbps recommended.
• Use wired connection or strong Wi-Fi signal.

3. Included Content

• 7,000+ live HD channels.
• 5,000+ movies and TV shows updated weekly.
• Local, regional & international content.

4. Speed Test Tool

An embeded internet speed checker so customers can test:

• Download speed
• Upload speed
• ping

You can use:

speedtest.net embed or Fast.com embed

Troubleshooting

Common Fixes:

• Restart your device.
• Restart your router.
• Clear app cache.
• Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi when possible.

Buffering?

• Ensure no downloads are running.
• Move closer to your Wi-Fi router.
• Contact your ISP if speeds are inconsistent.
