Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All sales, setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and device-related charges are final and non-refundable , except in the limited cases outlined below. Because SachiCast provides digital streaming access immediately upon activation, refunds cannot be issued for partially used periods, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, customer internet issues, device incompatibility, or misuse of the service.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Payments must be made before activation or renewal. Missed payments may result in suspension without credit for unused days.

3. Setup Fees

Setup fees cover activation, configuration, and onboarding support. They are strictly non-refundable, even if the customer cancels early or if service is terminated due to violations.

4. Refund-Eligible Situations

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A duplicate payment is made.
  • Customers may choose a refund or account credit.

5. Device Refunds (If Included)

Devices included with subscription plans are non-returnable and non-refundable. Replacements are only offered if the device arrives dead on arrival (DOA) and is reported within 48 hours, with proof provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel anytime, but cancellation does not generate a refund. Service continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No prorated credits are provided.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, or policy violations. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Internet & Performance Issues

SachiCast is not responsible for ISP issues, WiFi limitations, device malfunctions, or external factors affecting performance. No refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by the customer’s internet provider.

9. Changes to the Policy

SachiCast may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any changes.
